Architectural Design Resources (ADR) has built a solid reputation in the architectural and design community as the proven leader in providing specialty exterior and interior finish products to the New England region. Our ceiling and wall finishes include environmentally friendly wood, formed metal shapes, fabrics and acoustical materials as well as composite castings. 


We have the great honor of collaborating with many talented architects and loyal professional building contractors that work side by side with us designing and installing our products.


Our company has flourished for more than 35 years in the construction industry based around the concept of SERVICING OUR CUSTOMERS. We understand the importance of accurate quotes, attention to detail and timely deliveries. We are here to help guide and help our installers through the initial specification stage through installation.

Diane Bradanese Fletcher

President / Owner

Diane started her career in 1980 working for a commercial interior distribution company and in 1985 she incorporated ADR. Starting out with only 2 product lines Diane quickly learned the necessity in the market for acoustical products and began to add to her product offerings. Joined by her late Husband, George Fletcher in 1990 they worked side by side for 23 years. With George’s vast experience in the industry, they were able to obtain many of the top manufacturers, many of whom ADR is proud to still be representing today. Diane’s commitment to customer service and detail has earned her the loyalty of many contractors throughout the New England area as a continued source for providing quality products and service and she enjoys calling many of them friends.


When not working from her home in the Pine Hills of Plymouth, Diane can be found on one of the two golf courses there. Diane belongs to the Mass Women’s golf association where she competes in Spring and Fall teams with her PH golf team.

Kristi Haines Young

Architectural Consultant / Sales Manager

Kristi joined Diane in 2013 and it was quickly realized that a very good decision had been made for ADR. Kristi’s work ethic is second to none and her enthusiasm for the products she promotes is infectious. She can often be seen stopping in the middle of the road if she sees a building with our products on it. Kristi is an invaluable support system in the architectural community providing aid in specifying our products on their projects and on-site assistance.

When Kristi is not working, she can be seen out on her lake or down at the barn with her beloved horse, Carl.

Alyssa Fletcher

Customer Service / Office Manager

After spending 8 years living in Charleston SC after college, Alyssa finally came home to New England and joined ADR as her father (George Fletcher) had wished for many years. She has quickly become familiar with ADR’s products and provides our customers with support from the bidding stage through the final order process. Alyssa’s sense of humor keeps us all laughing, and Diane says it is a blessing having her back home and joining us in the business. When not working, Alyssa can be seen boating around Plymouth harbor with her trusted companion “Romeo” who is always on board the “paw patrol”.
